Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us from here if you cannot open it.

In the app
Account, then Delete account. Your data is removed after a short grace period.

Without the app
Send the request below from the email address you signed up with. We confirm by email before anything is deleted.
What happens
- Your name becomes “Former member” in shared households so everyone's balances stay correct.
- Your personal data is erased within 30 days; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days after that.
- If you own a household with other people, transfer ownership or delete it first.
